It's all about Rapport
Hello, I am Michael Ross. For my parents, my role is to be the conduit that teaches their child how to slow down and think about the big picture and tiny details. For my amazingly talented students, I am the voice in their ears and in their texts who is teaching them about themselves.
I have been described as committed to encouraging and motivating
students to make informed academic, personal, and life choices, while encouraging them to excel in their
academic endeavors. I believe that all students possess the ability to learn and that learning can only
occur in an environment that offers support.
